SHIPPING INFO:

All of our shirts and keepsake items are made to order and hand printed with love. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS and UPS depending on order size.

Custom orders, Drinkware, Wood and Acrylic signage may take 7-10 days to process before shipping. 

Once your order has shipped, it can take 2-5 days to arrive within the U.S. (International shipping will take longer to arrive; shipping times will vary depending on the destination)

You will receive your tracking number VIA EMAIL once your order has shipped! Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active in the USPS system.

If for some reason you haven't received a tracking number within the allotted time stated above (5-7 Business days), feel free to reach out to us via email to check the status of your order. hello@halosandmiracles.com

Be advised, Halos & Miracles is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses given at the time of purchase. 

We are also not responsible for missing/lost/or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.

We are also not responsible for broken items/packages. If your package arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim with the carrier who delivered your package.

If your package has been marked delivered and you have not retrieved it, First check with any family members or neighbors who may have received your package and are safely holding it for you. After a few days if your package still says delivered and you haven't received it, it could be at your local post office awaiting your pickup. You can also call 1-800-ASK-USPS with your tracking number or contact UPS if they are the confirmed shipper. They may start a postal investigation to find out what happened. Postal theft is a Federal Crime and the USPS will conduct an investigation.
